Mansell Law is proud to announce that Rhiannon Herbert has been named a partner of the firm. Rhiannon joined Mansell Law in 2018 and has spent the past eight years building a practice that now spans both of the firm’s offices, including our New York office in Chelsea.
Rhiannon represents employees, executives, and groups of workers in the most demanding employment disputes. Her work includes multi-million dollar class and collective actions, executive severance and separation agreement negotiations, and dozens of high-profile discrimination and retaliation lawsuits. She has handled matters under federal law, the New York State Human Rights Law, the New York City Human Rights Law, and the New York Labor Law, and she has secured tremendous results for clients across industries.
What clients and colleagues notice first about Rhiannon is her judgment. She reads cases, people, and opposing counsel with a precision that comes from years of doing the work and caring about getting it right. She manages complex litigation and high-stakes negotiations entirely on her own, and her instincts on strategy, timing, and leverage are some of the sharpest in our firm.
Rhiannon has been integral to the growth of Mansell Law and to the expansion of our practice in New York. Elevating her to partner recognizes the leadership role she has already taken on, both with our clients and within the firm.
She will continue representing employees and executives in New York, with a focus on discrimination, retaliation, executive exit negotiations, class and collective actions, and severance negotiations.
